Description
COMFORT-215 is a high-quality cotton-polyester fabric used for making protective workwear against general industrial dirt and mechanical impacts. The increased cotton content in the fabric provides comfort and convenience in use. It is designed for the production of both winter and summer workwear.
Advantages:
1. High physical and mechanical performance. Resistance to abrasion is not less than 6000 cycles in industrial batches.
2. Resistant color dyeing to sunlight, UV radiation, and washing. The workwear maintains a presentable appearance throughout its service life.
3. Minimal shrinkage after multiple washings and dry cleanings (base fabric 0.8%, twill 1.5%) thanks to the sanforization process – a mechanical fabric shrinkage treatment.
4. The durable oil and water-repellent Teflon® finish provides (before/after washes):
– Oil repellency rating of 5/5.
– Water repellency rating of 4/5.
